FIFA World Cup Continent Rotation Gone ???

This is rediculous!

The Rotation was as follows:

• Europe (Germany) in 2006
• Africa 2010
• South America 2014
• Central America Carribean 2018

World Cup 2018 is supposed to choose a country from north and central America or the Caribbean in 2018. However, FIFA may be changing this rule and England will be able to submit a bid to host the 2018 tournament.

I liked the continent rule as all countries for different continents were given a chance. This way allows the richer countries to have more bids....

What I heard FIFA was gonna do was use this rule until it rotates to Africa(which it has) then scrap the rule and let the countries just bid for it
