What are the chances David Beckham plays for England in the 2010 World Cup?

i think that there is a min-average chance of him playing, At 35 in 2010 his soccer career will be nearing an end, And playing at the galaxy instead of in a leading league will really decrease his performance, well thats my theory anyway =)...i jus hope to see him in australia to face sydney =)

lets ask a better question. what are the chances of england making it to the world cup? there playing bad for euro qualifiers. it would be the best if they didnt make it to both. i would laugh so hard.

i believe david beckham has retired from england. he has come to the United States to play. i think he is playing for a California team. this is what a lot of pro players do. since the level of soccer in the US is lower, when the pros retire, then come and play in thhe US

Beckham will probably play but it all depends on his fitness. If hes still in top athletic shape Fabio Capella will add him onto the England squad

I agree with G. I think that McClaren made a huge error by excluding Becks in earlier Euro qualifiers and look what happened. When Becks playhed their results were impressive.

I have to agree with Captain Canuck and the Greek. Becks would likely have led them to the EURO. Fitness will decide it for WC '10.
