What happened to Brazil???

Why are Brazil currently playing poorly while they are supposed to be the mighty soccer kings... They Have Ronaldinho and Kaka and Robinho the world's greatest players and yet draw with weak teams like England and Turkey... How can that be??? If the same performance continues to World cups 2010 and 2014, Brazil can just forget about winning the world cup and might as well give up their title as the best soccer team ever!

Their stars are beaten down from the club season and they do not mesh well together. By 2010 they should be fine. I think Brazil will win the Copa America

They'll be fine but for now France,Italy and Argentina are a little better. They haven't had time to develope chemistry yet because Dunga wants to try out the younger players for Copa America like he did today aganst Turkey.

No no I was there at the match on friday and Brazil haven't lost it, you could tell that every time the players like Ronaldinho and Kaka got the ball they were a cut above the rest, the reason is purely because they are the best team in the world they are the team to beat and so the game is stepped up. Gerrard, Beckham and Terry had the key players wrapped up in fridays match, and playing against players better than them meant they had to play better than normal. The sign of a good team is being able to rise above this and win anyway, this is what Brazil are good at when they turn on the magic, and it only really happens when necessary. They do not have a problem and will still be favourites for the next world cup.

When they start getting beaten convincingly by lesser teams, that is when you should start worrying.

the players are just too tired. too many meaningless games in Europe. Soccer does not revolve just around Europe. Look at the tournaments in South America, the Copa Liberatores, the Copa America.
Brasil will still be the best BUT their star players need to play lesser games... Besides Dunga is only keeping the coaching vacancy warm for the return of Scolari. He will return after the Euro 2008 after his contract runs out with Portugal.

oh i really dont know, its really horrible, the nightmare that started at the wc'06 is still going on & on. :'( .. i cant believe its the champion brazil that r playing like this!!! yeah i dont know wat were world-class players like kaka (currently the best player), ronaldinho doing??!! u know they requested 4 a rest from copa america after their tiring season for the clubs. u c kaka is now xhausted after playing so many games this year & eventually winning the CL trophy 4 milan, thats y he (& dinho as well 4 the same reason..) is not may b fully fit. well, after their vacation may b they'll overcome the crisis & will play in the next wc with full force. atleast i hope so... gooooooooo braziiiiiiiiiil...
