there are always surprises, teams that you think wouldn't stand a chance, sometimes make it, and teams that you think are extraordinary, don't always turn out to be what they seem.

Not mexico.

But I think with this world cup being in a venue as neutral as a venue can be (meaning it's not Europe or South America), I think that this is a great chance for a new team to win it, like Spain, Portugal, Holland or the USA. (OK, not USA... 2014's our year.)

But honestly I think it will all come down to the usual suspects in Brazil, Argentina, Germany, maybe France if they can get out of their Euro funk.
