england is not in the EURO 2008 tournement, does that mean it will not appear in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa

world cup and euro 2008 are 2 differnt toruments mate, i blive we shall quailfy for world cup 2010 in South Africa

I thought they used the Euro to qualify for the olympics or is it the World Cup?

the 2008 UEFA European Championship & 2010 FIFA World Cup is organised by two different football confederations. therefore, there will have two separate qualifying tournament & ENGLAND will take part in the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifiers beginning in September 2008.
