For Europeans - how do you feel about your European World Cup 2010 qualifying group?

Being from Rep of Ireland I'm not too happy about getting Italy, but it helps knowning Scotland beat them. Getting Cyprus didn't help either seen as we found it hard to beat them. I've never seen Montenegro playing before. Not too sure about Georgia or Bulgaria either. I think the Netherlands or Scotland will top group 9, Spain or Turkey - group 5. Feel sorry for Northern Ireland and Wales, their groups are hard. all the others I don't know.

who did your country get? are you confident you'll top the group, or even make the play off? if enough countries agree can we re-do the draw.

We are pretty happy with the draw the Greeks had. Finishing so strong in EURO qualifying made us a top seed in the draw and it helped. Having said that, I do not underestimate the teams in this group B. Switzerland, Latvia and Israel are excellent teams, expecially Switzerland and Latvia who qualified for the last Euro, so you know they can play. Moldova and Luxenbourg can play the spoiler and are decent. They will not roll over and play dead.

As for your group, I'll tellyou now, Georgia and Bulgaria are good teams. Georgia rained on Scotland's parade and beat them 2-0, if Scotland had won that game, they would be in the Euro. I saw Georgia during the last WC qualifiers against Greece, and they are better than the media and fans give them credit for.

As for re-doing the draw, forget it dude. No way will FIFA even consider it. They would get more than offended and angry at such a request.

I think Eire can hold their own. It should be a good group to watch games. Now that I get Setanta SPort, I may even get to see Eire, Italy and Cyprus.
