is it infrastructure?bt there are good stadiums,roads hotels and so on..is it because of politics?there is political stability and unity..crime?no country is crime free.is it because we are africans,is it because were black?

Its the racist policies of the government there. If you knew 10% of the crap that goes on in that country it would b e the last place you would hold anything in.
