For me I'm going with...

US, Germany (if thats possible)
US probably wont make it, I just had to but really I think Brazil Germany

I wish it would be Mexico vs. Brazil, but I honestly think it would be more like Brazil vs Germany.

US? No way! sorry. It is hard to say really. but I will give you four teams you have every chances to see in the finals.
Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Portugal... at lesser level Germany, France and Spain.
It is all about consistency and talent nothing else.
