How about bringing back the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup?

Platini wants to introduce cup winners in Champions League. The UEFA Cup Winners' Cup would be a pre-season tournament and the winner would get a Group Stage spot, the runner-up would get a spot in the 3rd Qualifying Round, the winner of the 3rd place game would be in the 2nd Qualifying Round and the 4th place team would be in the 1st Qualifying Round, the quarter finalist would be in the UEFA Cup 1st Round and the teams eliminated in the Round of 16 would go to the 2nd Qualifying Round of the UEFA Cup.
