Probably ankle braces. It keeps you from twisting your ankle which is a common problem for players.

yes i do cause i do the same thing as well...















what he does is that he cuts the foot piece off the sock and then wears a tube sock on the bottom piece.. or if you dont wanna wear a tube sock just cut the foot piece off a white sock too and then you tape them together when they meet under the shin guard with white tape. your gonna have to measure thought according to how long your leg is so just dont cut off the foot piece cause you'll mess it up.....
