Can football players be signed on loan outside the transfer window?
I have 2 questions:
1.Can Real Madrid sign Michael Ballack on loan right now ?
2.Can Ballack buy himself out of his contract with Chelsea(thereby becoming a free-agent) and then sign with Real Madrid(outside the transfer window,again)?

Just wondering......I don't know much about transfers and loan deals.
PS:I am asking this again because I didn't get a complete answer last time.

I don't know the exact details, but I think the answer is no on all parts Vid. The transfer window rules are very strict.

it all depends down to your plee wether or niot you need a player in that position due to injurys etc

well if say youve only got one goaly at club and out of transfer days he gets injured your allowed an emergency loan deal
