Puskas

As my name here is creative football, I want to pay tribute to a legend of the pass. Puskas is truly a creative footballer. Thanks to the Magyar for all that he has contributed to us, even though most, probably all, of us here are to young to have ever seen him play for either Hungary or Real Madrid. My avatar at this time is the legend himself.

This guy was a legend. Way back in the day when Hungary was one of the top squads in the 50s. When West Germany beat them in teh '54 Final, it was a huge upset in football. Hungary was heavily favoured.

When Rangers played Real Madrid in the sixties Jim Baxter of Scotland and Rangers said he was going to nutmeg puskas 3 times...he only managed twice!! lol, he also after the game took puskas out to a party in Easterhouse which is a deprived area in Glasgow lol

Those old boys used to love to beat the crap of each other, but were also close mates. Too funny. I bet Puskas had a riot. LOL

Puskas left our world today, after losing the unfair battle with Alzheimer.

Being a Panathinaikos fan, Puskas has a special place in my heart since as a coach he lead us to the greatest moment in our European history. Ferenc we will never forget you.

A sad day as another legend has been taken from us this year. First, Georgie Best and now Puskas.
