As you know, Backe was sacked due to four poor performances in four official games. We were playing like an amateur team, literraly. After the riots in Patra, Vardinogiannis could not keep him in the club.

So, ONCE we are looking for a new coach.

2002/2003: Fernado Santos, Sergio Markarian
2003/2004: Yitzak Shum
2004/2005: Yitzak Shum, Zdenek Skazny, Totis Fylakouris, Alberto Malesani
2005/2006: Alberto Malesani
2006/2007: Hans Backe, ?????

11 coach changes in 6 years. Record?

They are many rumors about the new coach. The names I've heard till now in the media are: Cooper, Ranieri, Adriaanse, Camacho, Gulit, Donis, Fylakouris, Paraschos, Anastasiades, Malesani, Bajevic, Markarian, Rocha.

I think it must be a Greek coach or a coach who knows well the situation in the Greek league and Panathinaikos, because we have no time for "experiments".
