I don't think it matters because he's just using the Euro league to bypass the NBA's regulations. He'll be in the draft next year so don't worry about it.

It is not too often to see a young American PG willing to play in Europe, yet I think those Europe contenders are good options for Jennings - at least he can refine his fundamentals.

Yet Jennings would probably be not logging a lot of minutes due to European's play-veteran-first tradition, unless he could post the kind of stat that Manu has made before, which is less likely in my opinion.
