What is wrong with Chicago Bulls?

first of all, I wanna say, Chicago Bulls isn't a bad team, they have one of the best centers in the league-Ben Wallace

their two starting guards-Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordan, both are able to shoot 3's, especially Gordan, he seems to be able to score from everywhere, and Hinrich is a fantastic passer, who knows how to run the whole team

plus, Luol Deng can both post up and drive in

I really don't understand why they are not able to play as well as they did last season

Chemistry maybe? The problem is that they just aren't playing for their coach or themselves.
