Who would be a good team for the MLS All Stars to face next year?

what team would be an interesting matchup for the MLS allstars next year? im thinking maybe someone like Man U or Atletico Madrid.. thats just my thoughts

Considering the level of quality of the MLS players, maybe a team from Argentina (Boca, Estudiantes, River, etc.) or a Brazilian squad (Flamingo, Palmeiras). It would be more interesting if an all-star MLS team would actually GO and play any of these teams in South America.

A team that will actually try. Chelsea and Celtic played so they wont get all rusty and out of shape.

Everyone's already thinking Manchester United but they haven't toured the U.S. in a few years so I don't know. I would love to see Real Madrid come back over again and be the opponents. That would be super interesting for the Beckham angle for sure.































And next year's game is in Toronto so maybe Porto or Benfica might be good to play.

I don't think they should face any top level club and I think they should face an Asian all-star team because those two teams have similar attribute. Both team are team who will be an International renown team and both team have top class players. MLS All Star have players like Donovan, Adu and not forgotten, Beckham. Asian have players like Park Ji Sung, Vahid Hashemian and Zheng Zhi who have been experience top class football in England and Germany. This encounter will be an explosive encounter and should raise American and Asian football standard to the finest
