Why do you want a non MLS office? That doesn't make any sense unless it's only because you don't want to pay for it. I doubt many would take you on part time with no investment in basics such as MLS, but places like "for sale by owner" still need licensed agents, so you might try them. They are pretty bare bones and might not require you to commit to full time or buy MLS.
