According to bigsoccer.com, the average MLS salary is around $90,000 USD. The highest payed player is Landon Donovan, captain of L.A. Galaxy. He gets $900,000 a year. The lowest payed gets $11,000 a year. When Beckham arrives at Galaxy he will be making just over $5,500,000.
