Decent. depending on how their current team is playing. recently Chivas and America have been playing some good football. Both respectively made it to the semifinals in last seasons Liguilla in Mexico, with America losing the finals to Pachuca. Dynamo haven't been in too good of form recently mainly because there top talent was playing on their respective national teams like Ching, DeRosario and Onstad. true they haven't lost in the past five games or so but they would have to play a very god game against these two teams that always field very talented players. MLS has made major strides in improving their level a great deal but they dont have quite the consistency of their mexican counterparts just yet.

pachuca beat houston in the second leg 5-2































pachuca advanced































chivas tied 1-1 in the first leg















chivas beat DC united 1-0 in the second leg































chivas advanced to the finnal along with Pachuca















































Mexican teams always beat USA team as usual















































but USA has had a couple but not alot of wins against mexican teams































I cant remember the last time a MLS team won

MMM... Good question but MLS teams always end up losing to Mexican teams. Chivas and America along with Pachuca are the strongest teams in Mexico and there is noway that other team will win LA SUPER LIGA.

FMF pulls more S. American talent to play alongside well established Mexican players, aside from Chivas which depends only its successful Mexican youth program, thus the advantage goes to teams such as America,Chivas and Pachuca. FMF sends teams to S. America for LIbertadores and Sudamericana( Pachuca current champions). FMF teams have risen to the challenge in these tournaments facing power-houses like Boca and Santos to name a few. FMF has benefited from the competition as will MLS with Superliga. It was about time FMF and MLS squared off and while at first it might be in the FMF favor . Real winners are US and Mexico soccer fans. As great as rivalry between America vs Chivas, FMF vs MLS great potential.
