i eat 1400 calor. im 5'4 and 130 and i run 2-5 mls how many lbs will i lose

| not sure, but the amount of calories a day to lose weight is supposed to be 1000 you need to look at what you eat each day for all meals and you will be suprised at the amount in each meal, you need to include as much fruit and veg as possible, also try and drink as much water as you can if you are not used to running i suggest a brisk 1 hour walk each day that will drop the weight off you in about a few weeks you will notice the differencel |

| i'd say anywhere between 4-6....i mean i don't think you're overweight or anything (i'm a guy so i know little about how much girls should weigh)....but your exercise and caloric intake are not bad at all.....i'd say about 5 lbs a month...maybe more....but not a bad start i must say....not bad |
