Spurs? - surely you are jesting or dreaming.
Everton? Can't see it this decade.

I would go for Man City - good young manager and some funds.

I think it could be Spurs or Newcastle United, teams like Portsmouth and Blackburn are also capable of hitting the deck hard.Ahmm Liverpool should fight their way to become a big force in the premier league , coz they have lost their prime since past 3 to 4 years.
