Manchester United Old Trafford and Alex Ferguson have served Mancheser Uniter for the better share of their players lives.

Well, don't know if he'd replace Fergie but the way he's talking you'd assume he's be the boss of United at some point. Gotta love Eric, speaks his mind with very little apologies.

I'm sure he will probably get the chance at some point in the future but lets be realistic he certainly won't get the job when Sir Alex retires because (as far as i'm aware) he has never managed a professional football team before. I think Mark Hughes is still the most likely candidate even if he has gone to City and who knows if Ince does well at Blackburn then maybe he'll get a shot although he hasn't had a great relationship with the fans since he joined Liverpool!

Personally i would quite like to see David Moyes succeed Sir Alex i think he would do a great job with the resources he would have at Old Trafford!

I think he would need to get some experience at a lower level like Paul Ince did before he was offered the Blackburn job.
