These's no possible comparison because Man U is a group of players that are training together during all the year and Spain, like any other national team are a group of players that play together only 10 times per year.

Barcelona (Spain) vs Man utd (England) would be more appropriate.

how can you compare both teams to each other?
and how can you even compare the two championships? there's a great difference between a club championship which takes place across the continent, and national team championship with short duration.
