If they score more goals and more points than any other team, yes they will win.

Can they yes, all 20 teams really can win, including Birmingham City can. And they have the players, excluding goalie, to dominate again, and are the favorites this time. The midfield is probably the best in the world, and if they get Tevez they will be the favorite to run away with the League. Heres hoping the Gunner get him and win the EPL and Champions Leauge.

With the resources in their team, it is possible but it is not definite. It will be a close fight between Chelsea and Man United. Chelsea have strengthened and they may not have period where Terry and Cech are injured. They are the defensive lynchpin upon which Mourinho's 1-0 wins were based for past 2 years. If they stay fit, it will be very hard for man United. But with Drogba and Kalou not available in January the title could tilt few times for both teams. Still signing of Tevez could give Man United cover for all positions.

Man United are odds on to win Champions League than retain premier league.
