That really is great news!

Even if Smicer isn't sold this summer, it's a pretty clear message to
him and his days must surely be numbered now (unlike his shirt, which
currenly has no number!)

Same here, if there isn't too much of a queue at least! The only time
I can get to the ground at the moment is during lunch hour, which
tomorrow will probably clash with the time of the press conference.

Bernie Mandic is on the phone to sky sports at the moment and is
saying that Prof. McKenzie signed a document which gave him permission
to find a buyer for Kewell, which would give Leeds no right to accuse
Liverpool of an illegal approach for the player. The document
apparently also states the price, which Mandic thinks has caused some
of the delays in the transfer, with Leeds trying to up the price at
the last minute.

Got City on and you get the impression Leeds are just a little
bitter about the whole deal. They have systematically shafted
themselves over the past few years, they should be kissing our
arses for giving them as much money as we have, considering the
player was prepared to sit off for another season before signing
for us ;-)

Craig Johnstone was on City too, saying, "Harry wants to be the
best player in the world." That's good enough for me!

I'm truly thrilled with the news, given the number of other
clubs here, including London, and those abroad. He chose
CL-less Liverpool FC. Fuck*ng marvellous, it really is.

If you find someone with two heads make sure you know whose arm(s) you're
twisting. And try not to make eye contact either!
