I wouldn't leap on every single uttered phrase spoken by McCain or anyone else. Stick to the point. This occupation of Iraq sucks, and it sucks no matter how many generals stick to the Bush Junta's script about how well it's going for everyone concerned. It sucks no matter how many right wing radio idiots blather on about how the 'liberals' want 'us' to surrender or lose. Read my lips.....there's no 'winning' in Iraq. If we stay, we lose! There may be a lower equiliburium of violence if we stay, but there will be violence and there will be massive amounts of borrowed dollars spent to maintain that lower equilibrium. If we leave we lose as well as the the violence in Iraq will reach some other level of equilibrium and we'll still be on the hook for more billions of borrowed dollars. And make no mistake folks, it's those borrowed dollars that will shove this country into the crapper long before the 'terrorists' will. No matter how many generals and politicians wave the flag, and no matter how many of these non-existant 'liberals' that the right wing talk show bozos blame, the war still sucks and it's sucking our country and our economy into the toilet.....end it...deal with the results...learn a lesson and never again elect right wing republicans that want to rule the world.
