I said on a previous question that he did very well ,
When we were going for the quadruple in 2003 we ended up with nothing but still we look back and think what a great season that was,
So no the criticism of Smith is not justified.

This has been his first full season and he has bought almost an entire team with his budget. The final of every cup competition entered and 2 out of 3 won. Lost the league on the last day of the season with some mitigating circumstances. What more could you ask for in a manager in his first full year. I for one am looking forward to next year already as this is the first time for a few years where I believe we are in a position to improve and win.
Tactics, anti-football (messi comment and who is he to rangers) and any other statements means nothing it's the name on the record book that counts and walter has an exceptional record.

At times yes it has but as a whole the man has done an amazing job for rangers this season.He took us to 3 cup finals,the league went down to the last day of the season and we won the double!!!!!!!

us celtic fans have no right to criticise what your team is doing or how they are playing.the rangers fans,on the other hand,can say what they like.smith has become a conservative manager as that is the hand he has been dealt.he did the same for scotland as well.i think the interesting thing billy will be how he changes tactics next season if he feels the need.criticism is warranted if it is from the blue side only.
