what im trying to say is that it was our rite to have a go at you, its what football is all about rivalry,ok so a lot of us milked it a bit, ffs even I had you up to 20/30 thousand rioting but I knew rightly only a few hundred,just a slight exaggeration he he.you dont have to have 200,000 for there to be trouble,feck sake 20 people in a bar and 1 goes outside and throws a bottle on the road then everyone outside thinks dont go in there they are all thugs,its very easy to be tarred with the same brush, unfortunately its the society we live in,if celtic fans had been in the same position I honestly dont think it would have been any different,its very easy to get caught up in a frenzy when youve been drinking all day and then that happens,
so all you true rangers fans theres no need for apologies
youve done nothing, and all true celtic fans we have had our pop at them,can we now move on to the real banter we get in here?
Just one more thing folks is there anyone in here in contact with struthie personaly? if so can you keep us informed how his son is hope he is doing well.

what i cannot understand is ,i have heard no reports of the 2 people who were knocked over by a car ,just along side the screens.now that people have made there way home we are getting to the bottom of how this started,not just hearsay from idiotic celtic fans ,who would rather bring shame to rangers fans.by making there own stories,when the police did not make many complaints. they are just bitter

Rico..i have always said i don't mind the genuine fans having a pop..i would have done the same if the shoe was on the other foot..its just these morons milking it but they do the same with every little thing..just have to wait and see how it goes

To be honest would have stayed quietish,as I knew it would have been the minority that started it.The whole reason I have stayed away is because I was sick of the things that were being said about true rangers fans,to be honest I still am and only came in here today because I wanted to see if anyone was actually saying anything different,so thank-you for this question.
I actually stuck up for celtic fans in the english section the other day and got the thumbs down galore because of it lol.
Any true football fan knows when things like this happen it is usually the minority.
Most the people commenting on it though weren't even in manchester at all that day,they only based their comments on what they had seen on tv.
I am still proud to be a rangers fan and scottish,regardless of what happened and that will never change.
If anyone does see stuthie in here let him know we are all thinking of him and his family and I hope his son gets better soon.
