How Corrupt is FIFA?

All organizations and government are corrupt to a degree. The question I am asking is just how corrupt is FIFA?

Very good question, I think FIFA is quite corrupt is some ways but fair in others.

I have seen some doubtful referreeing no doubt FIFA is in charge of those referees. What about qualifying? who draws the names or is it all random?

just some questions...

their is no doubt that Fifa is corrupt because all governing bodies either sports related or government is by no means clean. If they wanted Fifa not be corrupt they would need to be run by people that have a non bias to everyone and that is just impossible. Also so of their recent rule changes seem to be very suspect as does draws for groups etc.
