will the world cup 2006 soccer tournament be shown live on tv in usa?

I will like to know if the soccer world cup tournament 2006 to be held in Germany in June of that year .. if it will be shown "live" or even if delayed matches will be shown on any usa tv channels .. whether it be ESPN or Foxsoccer channel or pay per view .. I have been so far unable to get an answer to this.. I will appreciate if anyone could enlighten me .. Thank you!
