Chelsea, and it's not even close.

That's part of the problem, really... teams being able to spend money
that isn't team money... either because it doesn't exist in the case of
Overdraft United or because it's the owner's personal toy bank in the
case of a team like Chelski or Citeh.

Liverpool beats ManU on titles, but loses out on the other two.
Milan beats ManU on titles, too, but loses out on the other two, too
