Myspace, do i delete it?

You really need to be honest with your parents. I am a parent and have always told my son that he'll get in a lot less trouble if he tells me the truth. Telling lies (including omission of the truth) will just compound your troubles. If you get into lying you have to tell more lies to cover up the first lies and it goes on and on.

Now the other issue I wonder about is why don't they want you to have a myspace account? Don't they trust you? Have you gotten into trouble in the past and given them reasons not to trust you. If so, I understand. If not, they need to give you some latitude because you proved your maturity and trustworthiness.

As far as your friend goes, did he know that his dad didn't want him to have a myspace page? Did you know this before you set up his page? If you did, you know you did wrong, and you need to take what's coming to you. Once again, it's a lot easier to just be honest and meet things head on in the long run. Otherwise, you're telling lies, worrying about getting caught, avoiding people, and just making your own life a living Hell. It's kind of like drinking medicine you don't like--drink it fast and it will be over with.
