I think the is a shame that a guy like Lane Kiffin who has done nothing in college football can get a great job (his first college head coaching job) at Tennessee, but a guy like Turner Gill his to take a real crappy job at Buffalo as his first job (by the way he is winning at Buffalo). More schools should like at asst. coaches like Dwyane Walker and Ron English and Charlie Strong as coaches but they never do. Chris Rock said it best A black man has to struggle to get a job where the white man can just walk so up to the interview and get. I am not racist but I am just stating the facts people.
