William Gallas. Is he exactly what Arsene Wenger and Arsenal need?

William Gallas is a great defender and hopefully will start most of the games for arsenal, but what might make him more valuable is the fact that he was at a big spending club...Chelsea, and now he notices the difference in Arsenals transfer aggresiveness. I know Arsene wenger is going for the future 2 or 3 years from now but maybe he should sign a couple guys who can make an impact this year. What do you think of William Gallas' idea to push arsenal into spending some money?i think its good after all it shows he wants to win at arsenal

I think it's funny that Arsenhole are going to be mid table this season with stiff necks watching the mighty reds go marching on again!!































I wouldn't trust Gallas as far as i could throw him after he threatened to score an own goal for Chelski.































But to answer your question, i was suprised they really didn't push for Eto'o. Instead spending Henry's xfer money on a player that hasn't played at the top top level.

Gallas is a great defender and he will do very well. Wenger is also a great manager. With regard to having too many youngsters, I remember when the press and fans told Alex Ferguson that he had too many youngsters in 95-96 and that year he went on to win the double (Premier League and FA Cup) with Man Utd.
