If England can pick them selves back up and put the Euro 2008 behond them and get a decent manager then I think they have a decent chance!
Your group isn't that bad you have a decent group I think the only team worth worrying about in the group is Croatia! However next time round I am sure England would have built a better team and be ready to face them head on.
We all have bad ptches look at us Scotland we haven't qualified for world cup in 12 years and were still putting our foot forward and making the effort we failed to ualify for Euro 2008 due to bad ciscumstance but we have our decent manager who is pushing us forward and were confident with the grouping so bring it on!!!
