| Football Europe? It depends on your definition of boring.
For me, the English game has developed into a new level of football - tactical prowess.
However, despite the safeguarding of their goal, you see some of the most beautiful passing in the world! That's probably why they have become the dominant force in Europe.
Teams in Italy tend to have a strong defense, but host a number of skillful players, and prefer dribbling the ball around the park looking for openings.
In Spain, the teams are packed with flair players. Though it may be entertaining to watch for most people, I find it rather annoying when these skillful players fall down under minimal contact, when they could've easily avoided the challenge, spoiling the smooth flow of the game.
The thrill of football differs in each individual, some like to watch slick passing, others love the skill, either way the passion is to WIN! Money is just the bonus, as in all sports - it's business.
*If there was no passion, there'd be no goal celebrations, eyh?
