I agree with the Chelsea and Manchester United bangwagons. Those followers only like the clubs because two clubs spent so much damn money promoting and what not to get fans all over the world. Hell of a job in marketing, but terrible job in getting really loyal fans.

I don't think everyone is a loyal fan but i've been a loyal fan to AC Milan since 2003, even when they lose the UEFA Champion Leage final against Liverpool, and this year that they aren't even in the UEFA Cup I just love the team and il allways be a fan..

What is all this crap with Liverpool fans being so loyal? most teams in the world have their loyal fan base and are just as loyal as liverpool fans and maybe more, and dont worry Liverpool have their fare share of glory hunters aswell, just not as many as a few other teams because they dont win many trophies.

As some other person said, you should support a team because of family connections or its the area that you were born/live in. Not because a team plays well or has a "hot" player.
