i'd have to agree
when people like Roman buy clubs they make the coaches think theyve unlimited money to purchase players
and that will instill a bad mentality in the club
they may forget their youth academy as good players can easily be brought in by money
they can, but made-in-the-club players cannot

if Roman leaves Chelsea will suffer financial crisis
but on the pitch that may be good you know
no more pressure from the director board for the coach, if u know what i mean

He is very terrible for football and cant wait for him to leave the football scene, chelsea will still have the same team but will suffer so much cos of his loss (more his money than his loss)

Chelsea are the biggest time bomb in the history of English football. Once RA gets bored or even if he decides to sell, the club will implode and they'll end up a mid table side.

I heard Roman said he contributed 30% to Chelsea's success when Jose was managing. If thats true no wonder Jose quit, the owner shouldn't disturb the manager with his tactics.
