To be honest, most teams would go to Barca and play for a draw!

Possession is bullshit. The Spics couldn't score so what good was it?

zubov submitted this idea :

Indeed it is all well and good having all the posession but a team has
to score goals. Barca had chances to score and they did not take them
and this could come back to haunt them. I doubt very much that they
will have that amount of posession at OT. The last time that happened
was when Real Madrid including Redondo visited OT and had blanket
posession and took their chances.

I can not remember if they went on to win it that year.

Baldoni laid this down on his screen :

They didn't Milan won it that year. For the record Real Madrid didn't
have blanket possession in the game (we did score 4 in it) what they
did have was Ronaldo in what was quite simply the best performance from
an away player I have ever seen at OT. He was simply awesome and
rightly got a standing ovation as he was subbed.

Bungle pretended :

It is a matter of opinion but I thought the Argentine Rodondo the man
of the match. I had no idea of the score due to my memory.
