I believe it was the De Boer brothers, Frank and Ronald, for Ajax in 1995 when they beat AC Milan 1-0 in Vienna.

In 1999 in Barcelona between Bayern Munich and Man Utd, Gary Neville started and finished the match, while brother Phil was an unused substitute.

Sheringham and Solskjaer were the only two replacements for Utd that evening.
