AEK vs. Anderlecht

It all comes down to this. AEK can advance with a victory over the Belgian squad in Anderlecht. Lille must beat Milan to have any hope at all.

What a heartbreaker. AEK fought back from being down 2-0 and tied it up. Goals from Lakis and Cirillo. I'm sure anyone who cares has already checked it out on uefa.com.

But Milan the poutana sat out a bunch of her starters including Kaka, Maldini, Oliviera, Seedorf and lost to Lille 2-0 in Milan! The game was meaningless for Milan as they had already clinched the group... so they basically gave the game to the French.
If all the match fixing from last year wasn't enough, now you have more of the same b.s. this year... not fixing a match, but giving it away nonetheless.

Unlucky yet again but AEK go to the UEFA Cup now. At least there's a consolation.

We have a wicked coach and a good group of players. Nikolaidis is running the club amazingly and the results are beginning to show. I hope we can make some noise in UEFA Cup.
