well, unless you are a huge corporate sponsor i doubt you will.... the allocation for 'real' football fans is very small. the majority go to VIP's, Sponsors, Directors, UEFA representatives, press + media, royal families, russian billionaires, players families, Directors of eliminated teams etc etc... good luck!

you can buy at uefa web page but after that they are asking too many confirmations (fx address,crime bla bla)

well, raise $5000 first and contact a ticket office. If they don't directly sell them, they'll know where else someone sells them
