No offense, but this is a bogus question, at least the 1st part anyway... This is only a 4 horse race to begin with, and even then 2 of the horses are long shots at best.... So to ask this question simply means that you want to see the words Man U or Chelsea typed, so there you go! That said, It is certainly possible to pull the double and win the league and the champions... A lot of pieces have to fall in the right places, but it can happen...
