defense? why cant you just accept that italians have football in their DNA just as much as brazil can do their crap freestyle and still be owned by a france or portugal. brazil are never able to beat world class opponents. even mexico gets the better of them.

if italians couldnt rule the game, then how would we won 4 times and reach 6 finals. why would we be so hard to beat. in 22 years we have NEVER lost in regulation time to any team in any competition. italian football has produced so many golden boot winners time and time again. and defense is an art, those that cant defend NEVER win anything against a great offense. so why this unfairness towards seeing italy unbelievable strengths in midfield, in goal and offense as well.

Calm down, Italians are good, but not as good as you say. Sure they won the 2006 World Cup, but they barely made it past Australia. I remember they scored a penalty on the 90th minute and against France they went to penalties which for me isnt the best way to determine the winner; just luck and concentration. Italy sucked at Euro 2008, I bet theyre going to do just as bad in the Confederations Cup 2009.
