yes u can still buy him,just put in a bid for him,its going to cost more though becouse he's still under-contract so if he's worth 30 million & he's on the list then u may just pay 30-32 million. but if he's not on the list then u will have to look to pay like maybe 40-45 million if they aint wanting to sell him.

just go to barcelona team on the market then look for ronaldinho then lick "x" then ull see the details to buy him.
