In all honestly the best football teams right now are Sevilla, Boca Jrs., and Pachuca. Here are the reasons...
Sevilla: Supercopa, 2 Uefa, number three in league, 1 Uefa Supercup, and La Copa Del Rey, all in a year in and a half.

Boca Jrs.: For winning the Copa Libertadores in the fashion that they won it, without any real competition and also their way of playing and form. Remember Copa Libertadores is equal to a Champions League cup this side of the pond and the international association of football views it that way too.

Pachuca: In one year, 2 mexican championships, one champions cup, and one copa sudamericana (equal to a uefa cup in points.) and their in the final of la superliga, and they still have the shot at the club world cup and they get to defend their sudamericana and champions cup which may make them a better team yet.

Pachuca and Sevilla for example are teams that have done it in a modest fashion not spending as much money as other clubs that are supposed to be greater and in a shorter period of time.

In all honesty, that question can't be answered because there not playing yet, If they win the Champions League next year then yes they are the strongest, if they don't then no there not the strongest. Its about who wins as a TEAM not about how many stars you have on paper.

Strongest attacking force possibly, but i do think that milan is a much better team, and i think lyon and possibly ajax are better then barca too

I have to say yes. I am Valencia fan and I have to concede that our catalan neighbors have the better team. Its because they have so much talent and experience in one team. Plus, they have kept their core that has won the champions league and la liga over the years. But look out if my team grows and stays put together we'll be challenging for that spot and title as the best in the world.
