The Secret Garden?

Okay, well i've read the novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett and i remember when i was younger i watched the movie, but thats when their was vhs, and yeah but i was just wondering if it would be on dvd somewhere In australia and I also remember watching another version of the secret garden. But it was another girl that was in a soccer team at the start of the movie. Would their be another book of the second version?

There was a version a while ago now with Maggie Smith and John Lynch, that I saw on DVD in my local shop the other day. That was a straight up telling of the story set in period. Very good too. That's all I know!

Pretty sure there's only one book. The second version of the story is probably one of those modernized adaptations (I hate those). You should be able to find a DVD of the first movie on Amazon.

oh wat a wonderful story,,i read it when i was a child,,last yr i bought it from UK (DVD) but im not sure it is the 2nd version.. i am now in the office,,i ll check it when i get back home.

umm the one with the girl on the soccer team is RETURN to the secret garden, its meant to be a sequel. I wont go into detail if u've already seen it though. Im pretty sure you could find it at most big department stores. I usually go for JB Hi Fi, or online at amazon.com, but other than that i cant really help lol soz hope u find it, i love those movies(and the book is awsum =D)

You could call your local JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, or whatever store sells DVDs near you if they can get a copy if you don't want to buy online.
