Is Prejudice displayed towards female soccer participants?

I live in Australia and am doing a Personal Interest Project, I believe that prejudice is still displayed towards female participants, including me as a young female soccer player, please voice your opinions on this matter. Thank-you

I am a female soccer player in the us. I don't feel like their is any prejudice as far as opportunities to play, but I do feel like less people watch or care about women's soccer or sports in general. The audience for women's sports just isn't there yet, and its a real shame because women's soccer and other sports have so much to offer.

I agree with Jennifer. Nobody objects to women playing socccer, but you can't oblige people to be interested.
