will argentina win the world cup in 2010 with a new coach???

they have great young players like messi and tevez, and excellent goalkeeper, and more experienced players with tons of talent, like riquelme and crespo....

clearly peckerman screwed the team over this year...will a new coach (maradona!!!) help them win the whole thing???
peckerman did in fact say that he was leaving...and yes, i stick to my opinion that he screwed over the team. and though maradona doesnt have much coaching experience, hes one of the best football players the world has ever seen so he knows what hes doing and he has the will to help the team win...that certainly cant hurt.

I'm gonna answer this time in English since last time I did it in Spanish some people complained.

If Pekerman has to go, I'd love to see Gallego or Bianchi conducting the national team.

Gallego has made champion EVERY TEAM he has couched !!!
Those are River Plate, Independiente, Newell's Old Boys and Chivas de Guadalajara.
Not many couches have achieved that!
Besides his teams play excellent football, the way we like it.

Bianchi on the other hand has made mediocre teams with mediocre players be championd many times too, that is VÃ©lez Sarsfield and Boca Juniors, both even champions of the world.
But he failed in Italy and Spain.

If Maradona doesn't do drugs anymore, he may be a great coach ;-)

Argentina played an excellent tournament this year. They were just unlucky on that game against Germany. After all, they didn't even lose. Officially, it's recorded as a tie!!! The PK's only determined who would advance.

So, yeah, why not? They could win the 2010 World Cup. Good luck!!! Suerte!!!

I think even with Pekerman coaching again, we can win. We have some awesome players on the field and on the bench, and IF THEY ARE GIVEN the chance they will take Argentina all the way to the Cup. Not Maradona, though. He was a brilliant player, but not a coach.
