Daniel Tozser scored one goal and set up two on Saturday to help AEK beat Ergotelis 3-1.
Nikos Lymberopoulos and Vassilis Lakis scored AEK's other goals as the team rallied from 1-0 down.
AEK controlled possession but was stunned in the 42nd minute when Oleg Iacuk scored from close range. AEK got back on terms in the 52nd with a powerful left-foot shot by Hungarian midfielder Tozser from inside the penalty area, and Lymberopoulos made it 2-1 in the 60th with a header off Tozser's corner kick.
Lakis made it 3-1 in the 85th after collecting a through ball by Tozser.
AEK's second victory in six rounds moved the Athens club to third place with nine points, seven fewer than Olympiakos. The defending champion travels to Thessaloniki on Sunday to play against Iraklis.
In the day's other game, Aris played to a 2-2 home draw against Panionios.
